In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty, not as described or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us regarding the concern within 30 days of purchase.
A store credit or return parcel may be provided under a case-by-case circumstance.
Please note: We are unable to offer returns or refunds for lost items or breakages after the piece has been worn, for factors that are out of our control. This also applies to all orders after the 30 day return period.
As custom pieces are usually one-offs and made to order, there are strictly no returns, refunds or store credits able to be provided.
